In California’s ever-evolving legal landscape, the Community Assistance, Recovery, and Empowerment (CARE) Court has emerged. CARE Court process is still in its growing stages, undergoing refinement and evolution. In my experience as counsel in this area, I’ve helped guide families through the misconceptions of CARE Court that need to be dispelled and foster a clearer understanding of its intricacies to illuminate CARE Court’s pathways to resolution.
