Google accused of delay tactics in trade secrets dispute

The complaint, first filed in December 2018, accuses Google of misappropriating and/or misusing ReactX's confidential information, its platform and/or its proprietary source code in Google products including Google Ad Manager, Google Ad Exchange and Google Ads.

A case accusing Google LLC of stealing trade secrets from a digital advertising company is scheduled to go to trial in Los Angeles County Superior Court later this year following the denial of the technology giant's application for summary adjudication.
