Clashes mark start of discipline trial against former State Bar director

Mark Geragos, the lawyer for Joe Dunn, tried to show the bar was biased against its former leader.

The State Bar trial of the agency's former executive director got off to a contentious start on Tuesday. The fireworks included multiple clashes between State Bar Court Judge Yvette Roland and Joe Dunn's attorney, Mark J. Geragos.
