Redacted documents in DWP scandal to be unsealed

Approximately 1,400 pages of search warrants, affidavits, docket sheets and judicial records related to the FBI’s investigation of the litigation scandal will be unsealed following an order by U.S. District Judge Stanley Blumenfeld

A federal judge in Los Angeles ordered the government to unseal partially redacted FBI documents related to the agency’s investigation of a litigation scandal stemming from a faulty water billing system and subsequent cover-up conducted by city officials and attorneys working under former city attorney Mike Feuer.
