A Los Angeles County judge signaled he will allow a putative class action arising from Regal Medical Group’s data breach to proceed against the health network.
Superior Court Judge Kenneth R. Freeman’s tentative order Wednesday morning sustained, in part, and overruled, in part, Regal Medical Group’s demurrer to the 13-count complaint. He issued the order about 30 minutes before the hearing began.
