Timing is everything in resolving mild traumatic brain injury cases
Lawyers need to be aware of the uncertain and variable recovery times of concussion-related mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI), and avoid early settlements that may not account for the long-term effects and impairments of mTBI.

A recent Washington Post investigation revealed disturbing failures in the administration of the 2015 NFL concussion settlement despite the fact that the NFL has, to date, paid out over a billion dollars for concussion-related mild traumatic brain injuries (mTBI).
