Workplace harassment: A new landscape

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has updated its harassment guidelines for the first time in 25 years. The new guidelines include remote conduct, gender identity, sexual orientation, and reproductive health, widening the scope of potential harassment claims.
