Affordable housing program participant sued for fraud

The owners of a San Francisco unit purchased under a low-income housing program have been accused of fraud by the City Attorney David Chiu.

The owners of a condominium unit in San Francisco, purchased for well below market price under a low-income housing program, were accused of fraud by City Attorney David Chiu last week after they allegedly refused to rent the unit out to low-income residents.
