Telehealth company executives indicted in $100M Adderall prescription scheme

Top officers at telehealth company Done Health P.C. were arrested and indicted Thursday for allegedly overseeing a $100 million scheme to improperly prescribe Adderall to patients, the U.S. Department of Justice announced. Founder and CEO Ruthia He and company president David Brody are accused of conspiring to distribute the drug via a subscription service promoted on social media.
