Mandatory e-filing reinstated at LA Courts

The requirement will resume Thursday for CARE Court, Civil, Family Law, Juvenile Dependency and Probate cases.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court's mandatory electronic filing requirement will resume Thursday for CARE Court, Civil, Family Law, Juvenile Dependency and Probate cases.

Self-represented parties can choose to e-file their documents or in person.
