Attorneys for woman suing Charles Schwab want notice clarifying confidentiality agreement provisions don't apply

Attorney Chris Baker told a San Francisco judge that "it's very important" that employees who might be eligible class members are told that they can speak to the plaintiff's counsel

Counsel for the lead plaintiff in a proposed class action accusing The Charles Schwab Corporation of exploiting her likeness, violating her privacy rights, and "suppressing" employee speech, asked a San Francisco judge Monday to allow them to disseminate a notice to company employees encouraging them to speak with class counsel during discovery.
