MGA, OMG Girlz dispute who had 'edgy look' first in 3rd federal trial
In 2009, singer Tameka "Tiny" Harris, the wife of rapper Clifford "T.I." Harris, founded the teenage pop group that Sheppard Mullin partner John R. Keville said developed a "vibrant" and "edgy" style that became its signature selling point and that MGA created brand confusion by releasing the dolls in 2019.
