Trust and estate lawyers sound alarm over change to bar exams

"There could eventually be a lack of estate planning attorneys to handle the aging population in the United States," said Michael J. Berger of Southwestern Law School.

The National Conference of Bar Examiners plan to drop questions on wills and probate from the NextGen Bar Exam has alarmed probate and trust attorneys who say the practice is more important now than ever.
