Newsom approves bar fee increase
AB 3279 will raise the annual costs of an active bar license by more than $40 when including all fees.
Attorneys will need to shell out more for their annual State Bar license fee under a bill signed by Gov. Gavin Newsom. Newsom also signed legislation modifying the requirement that courts offer lactation rooms to nursing mothers.
