LA, homeless alliance tussle over data on addresses for rehousing

The city of Los Angeles says the L.A. Alliance for Human Rights' request for exact addresses where homeless people are being moved to is unnecessary and not part of the settlement agreement.

Counsel for the city of Los Angeles said it has no obligation to provide a skid row advocacy group with address details regarding homeless encampment resolution plans, despite contentions that the missing information is crucial to a two-year-old settlement agreement that's being monitored by a federal judge.
