3rd MGA v OMG Girlz case goes to jury in dispute over doll likenesses
MGA counsel told jurors the attorney for a defunct girl group "cherrypicked" fans to prove shoppers would be confused about any connection with MGA's dolls. He argued the jurors should ponder what everyday people would think.
