Poppi denies its popular pop isn't good for guts
One of the leading nonalcoholic beverages on the market, Poppi contains less sugar and artificial flavors than traditional soda brands. However, the plaintiffs claimed that each Poppi drink's two grams of agave inulin was too low to provide meaningful prebiotic benefits for the gastrointestinal system.





Counsel for prebiotic soda Poppi, defending against claims that the beverage company exaggerates its products' gut health benefits, urged a federal judge in Oakland on Tuesday to dismiss the proposed class action, arguing that the complaint was baseless in fact and law.
