F1 company pursues trademark claim against ex-team manager's book
In successfully arguing for dismissal of the lawsuit, defense attorneys argued that if the plaintiff's theory prevailed, any athlete's or coach's memoir could be liable for trademark violation by including a photo of the author in a team uniform.




The company that owns Haas Formula LLC gave notice it will appeal dismissal of its claims that the auto racing team's former manager used the company's logo without permission in images published in his autobiography.
