TV producer can pursue defamation case against Warner Bros discovery

Los Angeles judge previously denied an anti-SLAPP motion from Warner Bros. on the condition that Dan Schneider submit a declaration denying the claims of the documentary "Quiet on Set" under penalty of perjury, which he has now done.

A ruling allowing TV producer Dan Schneider to pursue defamation claims against Warner Bros. Discovery was finalized by a Los Angeles County judge on Wednesday.

Superior Court Judge Ashfaq G. Chowdhury previously denied an anti-SLAPP motion from Warner Bros. on the condition that Schneider submit a declaration denying the claims under penalty of perjury.
