Goodwin Procter seeks $125K sanction against Quinn Emanuel client

Commure Inc., a health care technology company represented by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, is accused in a trademark infringement lawsuit of repeatedly cancelling a deposition at the last minute.

Attorneys from Goodwin Procter LLP asked a federal judge in San Francisco to impose $125,000 in sanctions against Commure Inc., a health care technology company represented by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, for repeatedly cancelling a deposition at the last minute.
The matter is a trademark infringement lawsuit over a workplace violence prevention device known as Strongline.
