NCAA $2.5B settlement biased against women, challengers say

Arthur Bryant, a prominent Title IX attorney and partner at Clarkson Law Firm, said Tuesday that class counsel in a $2.5 billion settlement in a consolidated antitrust action against the NCAA over its restrictions on players' ability to profit on their own name, image and likeness, violates the law by disproportionately awarding funds to men versus their female counter parts.
