The logic the California State Bar relied on in creating its own exam and administering it remotely was flawed from the start, a law school dean told state Senators on Tuesday.
"Problems that we saw with the bar exam were absolutely predictable, and they rest on two pieces of what was going on here: problems with the substance of the exam and problems with the administration of the exam," UC Davis School of Law Jessica Berg told the Senate Judiciary Committee.
