Judge rejects secrecy bid by State Farm, state agency in $1.19B rate case
An administrative judge denied State Farm and the state Department of Insurance's bid for secrecy in a $1.19 billion rate case, reinforcing Proposition 103 transparency protections and ordering scrutiny of wildfire claims handling.
