
Loyola Law School, Los Angeles hosted its 21st annual Western Conference on Tax Exempt Organizations on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 at the Millennium Biltmore hotel.
The event featured a range of panel discussions and presentations, focused largely on adapting to changes in politics, security, corporate responsibility and accounting rules.
Thirty prominent U.S. tax experts attended the conference.
Hot topics included how nonprofits can thrive in response to developing Trump-era policies, potential Affordable Care Act changes and emerging cybersecurity threats.
