A San Francisco judge upheld an arbitration decision in favor of Tesla against a former employee who had accused the arbitrator of "changing the rules mid-hand" and favoring the carmaker after receiving a string of arbitration assignments from the company.
Retired 6th District Court of Appeal justice Richard J. McAdams, now a JAMS arbitrator, ruled in 2021 that Tesla owed nothing to the ex-employee for her libel claims.
