Live Nation's Legal Keeper Makes Most Work an Inside Job

In October, Madonna signed a reported $120 million deal with Beverly Hills-based Live Nation Inc. that includes recordings, concerts and all manner of merchandising for 10 years. In April, rapper Jay-Z inked a similar deal with the company for a record-setting $150 million.
