Steven Glick is used to transition. He made his way from the ranks of Shearman & Sterling to general counsel of the Hilton Group PLC, to an executive position at Paramount Pictures Corp. During those 21 years, he lived and worked in New York, London and Paris, and most recently Los Angeles. He says the constant change prepared him for his current post as senior vice president and general counsel to Thomson SA's Americas.
