"As lawyers all we sell is our time, our good name and our ability to persuade, so it's important that I get that across to young lawyers, whether they're working for Tyson & Mendes, or whether they're co-counsel or someone who's opposing counsel. It doesn't matter. It's still the same thing. We have to pass this on to the next generation."
