Gym Settles Employees' Class Action for $38 Million
LOS ANGELES - A class action against 24 Hour Fitness settled for $38 million after managers, personal trainers and other employees alleged the gym chain failed to pay overtime and broke other employment laws, the law firms involved announced Monday.
