Panel OKs Suit Against O'Donnell's Aide

LOS ANGELES - Prosecutors can proceed with their aiding-and-abetting case against prominent lawyer Pierce H. O'Donnell's secretary for her alleged role in O'Donnell's campaign money-laundering scheme, according to a tentative ruling by the Los Angeles Superior Court Appellate Division.
