Man Can Sue Former DAs for Damages

LOS ANGELES - A man whose murder conviction was reversed after he spent 24 years in prison can sue former Los Angeles County District Attorney John K. Van de Kamp and his former Chief Deputy Attorney Curt Livesay for damages, a federal judge ruled Monday.
