Court OKs Recruiting By Military on Campus
WASHINGTON - If colleges and universities choose to accept federal funds, their law schools cannot deny military recruiters equal access to students in protest of the Pentagon's policy barring openly gay men and women from military service, the Supreme Court ruled Monday.
