Three-Strikes Reform Bill to Be Introduced

LOS ANGELES - State Sen. Gloria Romero will introduced a bill today aimed at reforming California's three-strikes law. The bill is part of a parallel effort launched by Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley, who is seeking to get a measure with nearly identical language on the November ballot.
