Supreme Court Says Oil Giants Didn't Violate Antitrust Law
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Shell Oil and Texaco did not violate antitrust law when they formed a joint venture that fixed the price of gasoline sold to their service stations in the Western United States.
