Keeping Tabs on His Delinquents

INDIO - Judge Randall D. White hears juvenile delinquency cases. But turning 18 isn't a ticket out of his courtroom. White, who sits on the Riverside County Superior Court bench, often keeps young men and women coming back to court for status hearings until he's sure they have graduated from high school or passed a graduation equivalency test.
