Watchdog Charges Judge With Misconduct
SAN FRANCISCO - California's judicial watchdog agency has charged Judge Elaine M. Rushing of the Sonoma County Superior Court with willful misconduct for allegedly lying and using her office and that of her husband's to try to avoid a drunken-driving arrest.
