Starr Sticks by Clemency Petition for Morales
LOS ANGELES - While clearly distancing himself from the recent controversy surrounding the clemency petition for death-row inmate Michael Morales, Pepperdine Law School Dean Kenneth W. Starr said Thursday he still believes in the merits of the petition and does not regret his involvement in the case.
