Three-Strikes Reform Initiative Has Been Revised

Letter to the Editor - A commentary in the Feb. 8 Daily Journal ("Californians Need to Constrain Harshness of Three-Strikes Law") correctly praises needed reform in the current three-strikes law; however, its author, Jeffrey A. Lowe, describes an initiative that was submitted to the attorney general on Nov. 15, 2005, by attorney Brian T. Dunn and was withdrawn on Jan. 4.
