TORRANCE - A Denver-based private investment group purchased Hamilton Place, a 250,025-square-foot office building at 20101 Hamilton Ave., from McCarthy Cook & Co. for $29.5 million. Kevin Shannon, Michael Moore, Paul Perkins and Scott Schumacher of Grubb & Ellis, Bill Bloodgood and John Ayoob of CB Richard Ellis and Mark Mattis of PM Realty Group represented the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
