Judge OKs Huge Settlement Over Gasoline Storage Tanks
SAN FRANCISCO - A San Francisco judge Wednesday approved one of the largest settlements in the history of Proposition 65, in which four oil companies agreed to spend nearly $100 million to prevent leaks from gasoline storage tanks around California.
