Court OKs Evidence About Police Canine

SAN DIEGO - A Superior Court judge ruled Monday that lawyers for David Westerfield, accused of the kidnapping and murder 7-year-old Danielle van Dam, can introduce evidence about one of the police dogs used in the search for the missing second-grader.
