State Bar Lightens Attorney's Punishment

LOS ANGELES - A State Bar court has reduced a disciplinary suspension for the Orange County attorney who brought landmark litigation against a University of California, Irvine, fertility clinic, finding that the attorney failed to keep tabs on her client trust account because she was afraid of her abusive law partner-husband.
