Despite Confession, Judge Tosses Murder Charge
FONTANA - A San Bernardino County judge has dismissed a murder charge against a 25-year-old man who confessed to killing his girlfriend when he was 15. The judge found that the prosecution's use of Proposition 21 to transfer the case retroactively to adult court is unconstitutional.
