Bar Court Suspends License for Scheme

LOS ANGELES - The State Bar Court has suspended the license of Rex K. DeGeorge, a Beverly Hills lawyer who was convicted in March of federal charges related to an elaborate scheme to sink a luxury yacht off the coast of Italy for $3.5 million in insurance proceeds.
