Passport Scheme Puts Man in Federal Prison
LOS ANGELES - A federal judge has sentenced a Diamond Bar man to 33 months in prison for tax evasion related to a scheme in which he sold Marshall Island passports to Asian immigrants who were told they would be able to enter the United States without a visa.
