TAX COMMISSION SELECTS JUST FOURTH U.S. MEMBER

The Tax Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats elected Nicholas Freud, 60, to join its ranks April 10. Freud, partner in the San Francisco office of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Marmaro, specializes in federal and state taxation. Freud became only the fourth member of the commission from the United States.
