REAL PROPERTY SECTION CHOOSES VICE CHAIRMAN
The zoning and land use subsection of the State Bar's real property law section appointed Scott Birkey as its vice chairman on April 21. Birkey, 31, is an associate in the land use and environmental law practice group of the Los Angeles office of Morrison & Foerster.
