ACQUISITION SOUNDS GOOD TO SAN JOSE RADIO STATION
Hispanic Broadcasting Corp. has acquired FM radio station KARA 105.7 from Empire Broadcasting Corp. in a cash deal worth $58 million. The deal closed April 1.
