Westfield's Counsel Switches Horses in Midstream
Of-counsel Irv Hepner switched gears as he represented Westfield America Inc. as its lead outside counsel instead of its general counsel. Hepner joined Kaye Scholer last June after serving as general counsel for Westfield America for the previous four years. Los Angeles' Westfield purchased nine shopping centers from The Richard E. Jacobs Group Inc. of Cleveland for $756 million.
