E-Mail Service Has Arrived and Soon May Be Readily Accepted

In March, the 9th U.S Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a Nevada federal court's order effecting service through e-mail and regular mail on a foreign corporate defendant who was apparently evading traditional methods of service.
